It’s official—I’m in! As of this evening, the roster of charity boxers has been announced.
It was a beautiful event held at the The Mansion at Oyster Bay (formerly The Woodlands) with an impressive attendance. Our evening started off with the sizing of our boxing trunks, tanks and more. That was then followed by a photo- and video-shoot from our PR agency, Corbett Public Relations, Inc.
Once the back-of-house tasks were complete, the public spectacle commenced. This portion began with an introduction of the Fight For Charity organization, followed by a summary of the charities currently slated to benefit from our fund-raising efforts and concluded with individual boxer introductions.
Boxers include Gregg “Long Range Strike” Aramanda, Kyle “The Real Deal” Burkhardt, Johnathan “Lethal Motion” Cartelli, Esq., Eliud “The Vortex” Custodio, Austin “The Cell King” Fierstadt, Erwin “The Rain Maker” Giron, Christen “The Princess of Pain” Pellegrini, Lauren “The Belmont Brawler” Powers, Paolo (Moira) “Pretty Faced Entertainer” Salomon, Lance “The Divorcer” Simon, Brian “The Punisher” Weiner. Also in the main picture are Co-Founders Matt Silver and Jamie Austin along with committee members Joanne Hutchins and Todd Ringler.
